All while enjoying nature’s luxuries – the most spectacular view of the mountains, the sounds of birds chirping and pollution-free air.

This is followed by a 30 minute mobility and posture correction class, after which participants can break for breakfast.

At noon, attendees are free to explore or relax in Tosh’s beautiful surroundings, after which an evening yoga and meditation practice is held.

Places To Visit In & Around Tosh

1. Numerous tourist destinations like Kasol, Kullu, Manali, Malana, Chalal, Pulga, etc are within a few hours drive from Tosh.

2. The waterfall is a 20 minute walk from our hotel. Once there, you can enjoy food and beverages in one of the local cafes – some of which have tables and chairs places in the stream so you can dip your feet in the water while enjoying a hot chai.

Fun Fact: The waterfall is a melting stream from a glacier that’s melting from a nearby snow-covered mountain, a short walk away.

3. Optionally, we could trek just an hour ahead of the waterfall, to serene Kuttla, a tiny village in the most magnificent woods I’ve ever visited. At Kuttla, you’ll see exotic birds, wild horses and even deers!

4. Another 30 minutes hike ahead of Kuttla, we can visit the glacier and drink the world’s freshest water. The trek to the glacier is challenging but doable and certainly rewarding.

5. Kheerganga, one of the most popular treks in Parvati Valley, where you can enjoy a dip in hot springs and soak in the warmth.
