1. Cucumber Raita
Ingredients:
- 100g plain curd/yogurt
- 1/2 cucumber, grated
- 1/4 tsp cumin powder
- 1/4 tsp coriander powder
- Salt, to taste
- Chopped coriander leaves, for garnish
Directions:
- In a bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, cumin powder, coriander powder and salt.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve.
