1. Cucumber Raita

Ingredients:

  • 100g plain curd/yogurt
  • 1/2 cucumber, grated
  • 1/4 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/4 tsp coriander powder
  • Salt, to taste
  • Chopped coriander leaves, for garnish

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, cumin powder, coriander powder and salt.
  2. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve.

2. Carrot Raita

Ingredients:

  • 100g plain curd/yogurt
  • 1 small carrot, grated
  • 1/4 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/4 tsp coriander powder
  • Salt, to taste
  • Chopped coriander leaves, for garnish

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, grated carrot, cumin powder, coriander powder and salt.
  2. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve.

3. Tomato Raita

Ingredients:

  • 100g plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 small tomato, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/4 tsp coriander powder
  • Salt, to taste
  • Chopped coriander leaves, for garnish

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, chopped tomato, cumin powder, coriander powder and salt.
  2. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve.
